Product Care Guide
Thank you for choosing our handcrafted British wool garments and accessories. Every coat, cape, coatigan, bandana, shawl, scarf, and blanket is made with care and love, using high-quality natural fibres designed to last for years with the proper care. To help you protect the beauty and integrity of your pieces, please follow the guidelines below.
Caring for Wool Garments & Accessories
Dry Clean Only
All of our wool items are best preserved through professional dry cleaning. This method helps maintain the structure, texture, and longevity of your garment.
Spot Cleaning
For minor spills or marks, we recommend gentle hand spot-cleaning with cold water only. Avoid harsh detergents or rubbing, which can distort the fabric. After spot cleaning, lay the item flat to dry to retain its original shape and structure
Refreshing Your Wool Items
Between wears or cleanings, you can naturally refresh your pieces by hanging them in a well-ventilated area. Wool breathes easily, and allowing air to circulate helps release odours and moisture.
Natural Moth Protection
Every order includes a complimentary set of natural Cedar wood balls. These act as a chemical-free moth deterrent and can be placed on your garments hanger, drawers or storage areas to help protect your wool items season after season.
Product-Specific Instructions
Care details for each item can be found on its respective product page under the “Details” section. We encourage you to follow these tailored instructions to ensure your piece remains beautiful over time.
