Shipping Policy (England)
Order Processing & Made-to-Order Production
We are a UK-based retailer, and all of our wool garments are handmade to order in London, England. In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, we provide clear information about production and delivery times before purchase.
Most items begin production only after your order has been placed. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your item to be made prior to dispatch. This production period is separate from the delivery time.
Exceptions: Ready-to-Ship Items
Certain items—such as scarves, bandanas, and throws—may be available for immediate dispatch and therefore do not require the usual 1–2 week production period.
Please check each product page for confirmation, as availability may vary.
Dispatch & Email Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your shipment and tracking information (where applicable). This satisfies our obligation to provide dispatch information under UK consumer regulations.
Delivery Services & Timeframes
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Where available, you may choose from services such as Royal Mail 24-Hour Service or 48-Hour Service.
Please note:
- These delivery timeframes apply only after your order has been made and dispatched.
- They do not apply from the date the order is placed, as most items require a 1–2 week production period.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout refer to the period after dispatch, not after ordering.
Split Shipments
If you purchase both ready-to-ship items and made-to-order items, we may ship them separately to ensure you receive the ready-to-ship products as soon as possible. You will receive separate dispatch confirmations and tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected Royal Mail service. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their destination country.
Delays
While we make every effort to meet the stated 1–2 week dispatch time, handmade production may occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to material availability. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to receive goods within the timeframes communicated at the time of purchase, or within 30 days if no specific date has been agreed.
