Returns Policy
Returning an Item
If you purchased your item online, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it. You then have another 14 days to send it back.
To start a return, please email contact@northcotestudio.co.uk with your name, order number and the details of the item(s) you’d like to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and its original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returned with proof of purchase.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Custom or Altered Garments
Please note that garments made to your specific measurement, or altered at your request, are considered customised items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be faulty.
We always recommend checking your measurement carefully before placing your order. If you need any guidance on sizing or fit, our team will be happy to help before you place your order.
Faulty or incorrect items
We’re very sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. Please email us right away with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a resolution to make your order right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:
- Earrings
- Gift cards
